Foxcroft Review and Giveaway

Since my previous collaboration with Foxcroft, I've become even more impressed with the company's offerings. In addition to creating classic button-front shirts and blouses in sizes through 24W, Foxcroft does an amazing job of crafting garments that stand up to wear and tear. When they asked if I'd be interested in trying any of their new products, I jumped at the chance. I was sent this Stretch Cotton Essentials Tunic to review.*

This tunic has some great shaping details, but still has a relatively loose, forgiving fit. It's a bit shorter than my ideal for a tunic, which means it will work fabulously on petites and women looking to adjust torso/leg proportions. The fabric is sturdy but pliable, and looked freshly laundered even after a full day's wear. I am usually a size 6 or 8 on top, and was sent a size 6. I could probably have taken a size 4 in this style, so I'd say it runs a size bigger than is typical of most mall brands. It comes in a variety of on-trend colors, and is a great piece for anyone who likes to lend a clean, classic feel to her casual looks.

I'm thrilled to be giving away winner's choice of garment from the Foxcroft site to one lucky Already Pretty reader! Here's what you've got to do to enter:
  1. Be a U.S. resident.
  2. Like Foxcroft on Facebook.
  3. Visit the Foxcroft website to pick out your favorite piece. (Plus sizes are under Women's.)
  4. Leave a comment on this post telling us which garment you'd select if you won, and A VALID E-MAIL. Comments without a valid e-mail in the comment will be disqualified. (Best policy: note your e-mail like this: sally [at] alreadypretty [dot] com)
  5. Cross your fingers!

Enter by midnight CST on Sunday, September 9, 2012. I'll draw a winner at random the following day. This giveaway is open to U.S. residents only.

Good luck!

That stretch cotton essentials blouse looks like a great basic. I have a similar shirt in charcoal stretch tencel and I am wearing that thing into the ground; it goes with everything.

I love the 3/4 sleeve non-iron shirt. I like that it comes in so many colors and you don't have to iron it! A 3/4 sleeve is so practical--you don't have to worry about getting your sleeves in things!

Oooh, so much choice! I think I'd have to settle for the 'Grosgrain Ribbon Tunic', though- once I graduate, I want to be able to look professional for work, & this versatile number fits the bill!

Not only is the ribbon removeable, but the long length means I can wear it by itself or with a dress layered over the top- & of course a white shirt is always a classic!

Plus, I see that Foxcroft's shirt buttons extend ALL the way up to the collar, which helps me stay modest (take note, department-stores-that-somehow-give-up-on-buttons-halfway-up-their-blouses!)

Anyway, I doubt I'll win, but that's my two cents regardless =]
